Civic Youth Bangladesh is a non-partisan platform dedicated to fostering democratic awareness, ethical leadership, and active citizenship among youth across all 64 districts.
Civic Youth Bangladesh (CYB) is a non-partisan youth civic platform founded in 2024 to empower young citizens across Bangladesh.
We work to foster active citizenship, deepen understanding of democratic processes, and nurture leadership that is ethical, inclusive, and community-rooted.
Through structured programs, skill-building workshops, research-driven advocacy, and collaborative partnerships, CYB bridges the gap between youth potential and civic responsibility.
A Bangladesh where every young person is an informed, active and ethical citizen, contributing to just, inclusive and sustainable communities.
To empower young people across Bangladesh with civic knowledge, leadership skills and community engagement opportunities through research-driven, inclusive and youth-led programs and partnerships.
The principles that guide our work and define who we are.
We maintain absolute independence from all political parties, prioritizing youth welfare and constitutional values above partisan agendas.
Every young person across all genders, backgrounds, regions, and abilities has an equal voice and a seat at the table.
Integrity, transparency, and accountability guide every program, decision, and community interaction we lead.
Our advocacy and initiatives are grounded in rigorous research, real-world data, and measurable social needs.
Real change happens at the grassroots. We connect national civic dialogue with tangible local community action.
We focus on outcomes that matter: policy awareness, youth participation rates, and lasting community resilience.
Transparent, Youth-Led, Non-Partisan
CYB operates under a clear governance framework committed to transparency, financial integrity, and strict non-partisanship. Our advisory board brings diverse expertise across civic education, youth development, law, and social policy to ensure strategic guidance and ethical stewardship.
